Output file for rates - rates.lst
This file contains information about all transition rates at all depth
points.
It is updated after each iteration.
Output is controlled by the variable
LPRAT.
Each trasition is introduced by a header describing basic transition
parameters.
Here is an example for Lyman continuum:

Lower level: H I <1>
Upper level: H II protons
Continuum: hydrogenic cross section, exact Gaunt factor
Collisions: H or HeII: Napiwotzki (1993) fit
